SHIPPING POLICY
All of our products are shipped at no extra cost to you. We use Royal Mail second class shipping and aim to dispatch within 5 working days of receiving the order. We always endeavour to dispatch earlier than this, but the lead time is to allow the creation of our products as many are made to order, rather than being off the shelf - meaning you get a unique product!
RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch at paperandrose22@gmail.com, you are welcome to a replacement product or full refund as long as the item is returned.
