FAQ

  • How do you dry your flowers?
We air dry the individual stems for several days, we then finish them in the dehydrator to ensure as much moisture is removed as possible so the flowers last for months, if not years.
  • Where do you get your paper for the origami from?
We find unloved books from charity shops where the books cannot be sold as their condition is too bad, this way, the charity still gets a profit from the books they can't sell. We also work with the local libraries to adopt the books which they would otherwise throw away.
  • Do you dry all the flowers yourself?
Here at Paper and Rose, we hand select flowers for their quality and colour. Sometimes, it isn't possible to find all the blooms and foliage needed, so we work closely with trusted suppliers to bring in all the flowers and leaves we need.
  • How long do the flowers last?
It depends on the conditions they are kept in! If kept in a dry environment and out of direct sunlight, the flowers will last for months, if not years.
